This most powerful team building experience is a deeply immersive opportunity that takes only 90 minutes. Your group gathers at the homes of recipients, where they will beautifully install, decorate, and stage the beneficiary’s first ever permanent living space. Bearing witness to the priceless reaction during the reveal is a life changing experience for all involved. Bonus Add-On: Send a team to design a home at the ASOH warehouse!
This add-on opportunity allows you and your team to personally custom and design the recipient home from scratch. Ahead of the home visit, you and your team are welcome to enter into the ASOH warehouse to select every item and piece of furniture that will be placed into your recipient home. This is a fun activity that allows you to put on your creative hats on while challenging you to work as a team and ensure the recipient feels the space was crafted specially by your team with the utmost love and care.

Sponsor a Warehouse Home Creation as a Team Building at ASOH

From décor to room staging, this entire process is completed from the safety of our warehouse in only 90 minutes. This team-building experience packs all of the love, human kindness and results that ASOH is known to deliver. Once the home is staged and completed, recipients arrive and are greeted by you and our ASOH staff at our circle of love before seeing the beautiful reveal of their new home layout. This activity is a great experience for you and your team to build rapport with each other while impacting lives and improving community wellness. Watch

Corporate Social Responsibility at Your Place of Work

This activity allows your group to create kits that will go into ASOH recipient homes. These kits are catered specifically for the bathroom, or kitchen, and help create multiple new homes while affording your team the chance to enjoy a team building experience directly from your office or place of work. Focus on one style of kit and create up to 25-kitchen kits or 60-bathroom kits that will contribute to numerous homes. You can suggest your employees donate items for the kits and/ or your company can provide the items. See here for instructions on how to assemble and deliver kits.
