Alison Marandola

Alison Marandola has more than 25 years of HR strategic, operational and leadership experience. She currently serves as the Chief People Officer and Executive Board Member at Partner Engineering and Science.  She has fostered a positive and inclusive workplace culture through strategic hiring approaches, targeted learning and development programs, leadership & executive coaching, organizational & team effectiveness, effective employee relations, coaching,

Prior to joining Partner, she held HR leadership positions for Fortune 50 companies in the AEC,  Defense and Entertainment industries. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and completed additional higher educational programs at UCLA and most recently Wharton Executive Education’s Chief Human Resources Officer Program.  She holds numerous certifications including Professional Certified Coach (PCC, MGSCC, CEC), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Certified Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, Registered Analyst with Predictive Index Systems, and Six Sigma Specialist.

Alison’s passion is to have a positive impact on the lives of others and feels that ASOH is the perfect fit to achieve that mission! She enjoys live music, traveling, painting, gardening and spending time with her husband and 3 pets.
