Cassie Silvas

Onboarding Manager

Cassie joined A Sense of Home’s Disaster Relief program in March 2025. She has spent most of her career in the nonprofit field after earning her Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Boston University. Cassie comes from an AmeriCorps background, having served for both City Year in Sacramento and the Jumpstart program at UCLA. She then returned to Jumpstart as staff in several different roles including Site Manager at UCLA and Community Engagement Manager for Southern California.
