Ivette Rodriguez

Ivette Rodriguez, born in Puerto Rico, and raised in New Jersey, is the Founder & President of LA-based AEM Marketing, and Co-founder of LA Collab. Ivette has dedicated much of her career to fighting for fair and just representation, equity, and gender parity for the Latino/a community and has lent her expertise and advisory to many national Latino organizations and initiatives including National Hispanic Media Coalition (NHMC), Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI), New American Alliance (NAA), Voto Latino, and Friends of The National American Latino Museum. An executive member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences (AMPAS) Marketing & PR branch. Ivette also co-chairs the Academy’s LA Agenda Affinity Group and Aperture 2025, a diversity and inclusion committee established to encourage equitable hiring practices and ensure more diverse representation on and off screen. AEM Marketing is a 25-year-old marketing and public relations firm that has led campaigns for some of the most successful films, television series, and events including Roma, Cinderella, and CORE’s multicultural vaccination campaign. From major studios to independent and award-winning titles, in both English and Spanish, AEM has been at the forefront of championing diversity, equity and inclusion on screen, in board rooms, and in corporations. Prior to starting her own firm, Ivette held positions at Arista Records, Columbia TriStar, and Live Entertainment.
