Sarah Ginsburg

Sarah joined A Sense of Home’s Disaster Relief Program in 2025. She brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of storytelling and community care, with a background in documentary filmmaking and mutual aid organizing, all grounded in a commitment to racial justice and equity. As a lead organizer with Mutual Aid LA Network, she helped build large-scale volunteer systems, coordinate community-driven resource distribution, and expand the network’s reach across Los Angeles. In her media career, she has directed, shot, produced, and edited award-winning documentaries and multimedia projects. At A Sense of Home, Sarah combines her skills in creative production and grassroots organizing to grow a community of volunteers who sustainably support fire-displaced families in rebuilding their homes and lives.
